Sandro Perri shares a new track “Wrong About The Rain” ahead of album release via Constellation

Constellation have shared the track “Wrong About The Rain” from Sandro Perri‘s new album Soft Landing. This track surely reinforces the recent praise for the album from The Wire, which calls Soft Landing “some of the sweetest music in the label’s history.”

We’ve been jamming the edit of “Time (You Got Me)” since the beginning of summer, and now that we’re into the dog days it’s high time to share another fine cut from Soft Landing. “Wrong About The Rain” finds Perri transporting us back to the ’70s with a splendid tapestry of ornate guitar licks, clavinet, and trap kit, mixed together into a dose of brilliantly catchy soft rock.

Perri is also about to embark on a short swing through the UK – his first European solo shows in seven years – kicking things off at End Of The Road Festival this week, and with a London show the following Thursday (5 Sep).
